Processing Time

Delivery times may vary depending on the product ordered, the level of personalisation, and current order volume.

Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to be made and dispatched. Some orders may be completed sooner, but personalised items, printed products, and larger orders may take longer to prepare.

Delivery Delays

While we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, delays may occasionally occur during busy periods, public holidays, or due to courier/postal service issues outside of our control.

If there is a significant delay with your order, we will do our best to keep you updated.

Delivery Address

Please make sure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect address details provided when ordering.

Returns Policy

At MONIMIXUP LTD, we want you to be happy with your order. As many of our items are personalised and made to order, please read our returns policy carefully before purchasing.

Personalised and Custom Orders

Due to the personalised nature of our products, custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless the item is faulty, damaged, or we have made an error with your order.

This includes products such as:

Personalised clothing

Mugs and tumblers

Bags, keyrings and accessories

Business printing

Custom vinyl products

Any item made using your chosen name, wording, image, logo, or design

Please make sure all spellings, colours, sizes, and personalisation details are correct before placing your order.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at monimixupltd@outlook.com with:

A description of the issue

Clear photos showing the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, refund, or suitable resolution depending on the circumstances.

Non-Personalised Items

If you have purchased a non-personalised item, you may be eligible for a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

Please note:

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returned items lost in transit

Cancellations

Orders for personalised items may only be cancelled if production has not yet started. Once work has begun on your order, cancellation may not be possible.
